Tan & Amy met each other in their "first careers".  They would be in meetings together and joke that they needed a girls trip but didn't have time to plan one.  They eventually realized that lots of other women: their co-workers, friends & family members felt the same way.   As Tan & Amy slowed down in their first careers, they began planning amazing trips & realized they were really good at it!  Girls Trips Became their PASSION and Hide The Heels was formed.

They have also expanded their philanthropic passions by forming the Hide The Heels Angels program. The Hide The Heels Angels program makes annual charity donations in Hide The Heels members' names.  The charities chosen are local to the destinations their guests travel to or are relative to the theme of the retreat that is taking place.
